Real Estate photography is as important as any part of the home selling process. Believe it or not, the photographs used on any given home can help determine how high of an offer the buyer is willing to make.

Put your buyer hat on for a minute. Consider the home buying process. When potential buyers are looking for a new home, they are likely to spend hours going through sites like Realtor.com, Redfin, Zillow, Trulia, and more. They will enter their criteria, and then click through photo after photo. Once they have found one or more homes that they feel will fit their needs, they will have their Realtor set up showing appointments to view them.

What is it that is stirring their emotion to make them act to see that home? THE PHOTOS!

DSLR photos are the premium choice for today's real estate market. Vintage Bee not only uses the high resolution and definition of DSLR, but also uses a multiple image merge to provide the highest quality photography possible.  Let's look at the difference DSLR Multi-image merge makes in real estate photography.

Here are five images taken from the same angle, at the same time of the day. Traditional photography, as you can see, only allows one part of the room to have great lighting. Either the windows have lovely views, but the room is dark, or the room has lovely lighting, but the windows are blown out. DSLR multi-image photo merge creates an image that is more like what our eye actually sees.

Merging the best parts of each photo, we are now able to see both beautiful views out of the home's windows as well as fantastic interior lighting. This multi-dimensional image is a more accurate depiction of what the home will look like in person to potential buyers and is more likely to inspire them to request a showing.
